Property in Montroy

Montroy is a typical Valencian village, a municipality of the Ribera Alta, located between Monserrat and Real Montroy, approximately 30 kilometres from Valencia City. It’s the perfect location to enjoy the best of both worlds: the peace and quiet of Montroy, with its winding streets, or the more upbeat liveliness of Valencia City, Spain’s third largest city.
Montroy is set in beautiful countryside dotted with citrus groves and vineyards with the river winding its way through the landscape. Montroy has a pleasant all year round climate, ideal for the outdoor lifestyle and enjoying country walks through the surrounding picturesque areas.
Montroy holds many fiestas throughout the year. Some examples are the ‘Festividad de San Vicente Ferrer’ which takes place in April, the ‘Festividad de la Divino Niño, Divina Aurora y San Bartolomé’ which runs for a week in August and of course, the famous ‘Las Fallas’ takes place for 5 days in March.
Montroy can be reached via Valencia international airport, approximately 30 kilometres away or from Alicante international airport, about 170 kilometres away. There is also a domestic airport in Albacete, 160 kilometres from Montroy.
Take the A7, turning off at Monserrat/Montroy/Torrent exit. Montroy can then be accessed via the CV-405.
